Smart Cutter PS / TS un software per tagliare video facile da usare, si divide e si unisce il video velocemente in pochi click del mouse.

Si tratta di un video Frame Accurate editor. È possibile tagliare i filmati in ps / formato ts catturato dalla videocamera DV e HD PVR DVB facilmente con questo strumento. Tagliare spot del flusso video.

In particolare, solo piccole parti sui punti di inizio e fine verranno ri-codificati, la parte centrale rimarrà intatta, senza perdita di dati. Questo dà più alta velocità, pur riservando la massima qualità video. Così è chiamato 'Smart Rendering'.

Usage:
+++ for single file operation: +++
1.Press 'Open', select a .ts .tp .trp .mts .m2ts .mpg .vob file
2.use long slider to seek
3.use short slider to locate frame accuratly
4.use '<|'or '|>'to single step forward or back
5.set in point by 'New Start Point'
6.set out point by 'New End Point'
7.Press Red Circle Button, it will be transcoding

1.Press 'Open', select a .ts .tp .trp .mts .m2ts .mpg .vob file
2.use long slider to seek

4.use '<|'or '|>'to single step forward or back
5.set in point by 'New Start Point'
6.set out point by 'New End Point'
7.press button 'add list'
8.*** repeat 1~~7 till all segments set ***
9.If MERGE needed, lighten up the button 'link'
10.press button 'Record List'. If the button 'link' lightened up, you will be asked for a output file name, the result will be one single file with all segments linked together; Otherwise, each segment will be transcoded into a new file.

How to load and save projects:
After you set up all the in and out points into record list, 'right click' on the record list, select the menu item 'save project' and 'load project'.
You can also output all the edit points into a text file by 'output points'.
